I used a new small but mighty stamp set for my post today called Birthday Love. I think it was part of something else – like a free set during the last release? Not sure but I like it and made a card with it! It comes with a set of matching dies as shown here:

Here is my card made with my favorite color combo lately. I also used some other SSS birthday products with it.

I stamped the images in the Birthday Love stamp set with black ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I used a white uniball gel pen for the white areas. I die-cut them out with the matching dies. I also die-cut one of the A2 Nested Postage Dies from white cardstock for the background Its they match the postage edges of the stamps). I used the Confetti Stencil over it with Grapefruit, Zest, and Rhubarb PSInks (love this combo!).

I attached it to a pinkish red cardstock card base. I die-cut the Birthday Wishes Dies from white cardstock x 2 and from the same pinkish red cardstock as the card base and glued them all together. I attached them to the bottom of the background. I added the three stamped images to the top with foam tape behind them. I used a few sequins in orange, red, and yellow around the background.
I think this makes for a happy birthday card and I liked that I pulled out my birthday bin and dug into some older products mixed with the newer Birthday Love stamp and die set. Always good to use the old with the new. Thanks for visiting today and Birthday Wishes to anyone who is turning a year older today. Suzy
