Today’s STAMPtember collaboration is with Honey Bee Stamps. The stamp set is called Holiday Greetings and is sold alone or with a set of matching dies as a bundle as shown here:

There are only dies for the greetings, so the price of the bundle is only $10 more. Here is my card:

I stamped the Holiday Greetings stamp set on a piece of white cardstock. If you stamp it at the bottom edge of an A2 piece of cardstock you will have room for the sentiment above the image as it isn’t 5.5″ tall. I stamped it with Versafine Ink. I then colored it in with both Copics and colored pencils. I used a sharp pencil for all the pine leaves. I then used a white pencil to lighten some of the leaves so it looked more dimensional. The pencils go over the black ink if you don’t want that much ink showing. I added some details with a white uniball gel pen.

I stamped a sentiment with the stamp set and die-cut it out with the matching die. If I didn’t have the die, I could have stamped it right on the image and that would have looked good too. I used white acrylic paint to add drops all over the background and images to look like snow. I just dip the end of my paintbrush in the white paint and dot it on the image. I used Frosted Lace Stickles over the snow.
That’s a wrap! This Honey Bee stamp Holiday Wishes set is so pretty and I can’t wait to see what others have done with it that don’t like to color quite as much as I do! You can see all of the STAMPtember collabs at this link HERE. Suzy
