I didn’t have the Pin and Post Gift Card Envelope die set until after I had made 2 cards and almost finished the 3rd as it was mailed later. I only used it a little for the third card, but I absolutely love that set and would have made some gift card envelopes with it if I had had the time. Here are my 3 cards:

Let’s be upfront here – this was a time consuming card to make! I didn’t have the dies that go with the stamp set so I had to fussy cut out all of those small elements in the wreath. Lucky I like to fussy cut! I stamped a bunch of the small images in the Bright Christmas stamp set with PSInks (colors are in supply list). I used colored pencils to add some shading to the stamped images. I die-cut a few of the two small branches in the Pin and Post Gift Card Envelope die set from gold matte cardstock. I used small red Rainbow Splash Gem stickers for berries. I die-cut a circle from white cardstock the size I wanted my wreath to be. I’m not sure white was the right choice – I tried several different colors and couldn’t decide so I went with white.

I embossed the sentiment using words in the stamp set and Antique Gold Embossing Powder in the center of the circle. I’m quite proud of the background as I thought it was very unique! I cut one of the sheets of words in the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas sticker book to be 4.25×5.5″. I then splattered it with lots of the Pawsitively Perfect Gold Splatter Medium. I then used my finger to apply the gold splatter here and there in strips. I just love this splatter and how it is semi-transparent! I glued the circle in the top center. I arranged all of my stamped and die-cut images into a wreath design around the circle. I used the small bow stamp on the bottom of the wreath.

I love this deer so much! I embossed it on ivory cardstock from the kit using gold embossing powder. I cut around it following the lines of the stamp rather than making it a perfect square. I stamped a sentiment on a small sentiment banner using Cranberry PSInk (the perfect dark red). I also stamped the bow with the same ink and cut it out.

I made a card base with the green cardstock in the kit. I cut a piece of the patterned paper and flicked the gold splatter paint all over it then attached that to the card. I then attached the reindeer piece with foam tape behind it and the sentiment with foam tape behind it. I used a Rainbow Splash red gem sticker for his nose and glued the bow on his neck. I tied some red and white twine between them.

I cut strips of a bunch of the patterned papers in the kit and attached them to a piece of cardstock. I then splattered them with the gold paint and some white paint. I cut this piece down and attached it to a red card base.

I embossed the little houses stamp with gold embossing powder on Ivory cardstock and cut around the edges. I then used the 3×3 roof stencil in the kit to apply texture paste also in the kit. While it was wet I poured some Rock Candy glitter over it. I used a white Uniball gel pen to go over the windows so they all showed up. I attached it to the card with foam tape behind it. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set using Cranberry Ink and fussy cut around it. I glued that to the top of the houses. I tied some gold twine around the card in a bow on top of the embossed piece.
I love love love this December 2025 card kit called Bright Christmas. Maybe for Christmas you could subscribe to the card kit as a present for yourself – here is a link to subscribe! Thanks for stopping by! Suzy
