I haven’t been around here for some time! I hope you have subscribed to my blog so you know I am back! I took the month of January off to get some things done I had been procrastinating for years. I will now be back to regularly blogging for Simon Says Stamp!
Today I have a card to share with you using two of the stamp sets from the Heart to Heart Release called Sweet Friendship and Love is in the Air. Here are images to both (click on image to get to stamp set in SSS shop):

I also used the Heart Showers embossing folder and cutting dies for the background. I embossed it using blue patterned paper and then colored over the hearts with a white Uniball. I die-cut the clouds from white cardstock and glued them over the ones on the embossing folder. I used a black pen to add little doodles to them. I added shading with a Gray Copic and little hearts colored with a pink Copic. I cut the grass from another piece of patterned paper.
I stamped the tree with black ink using the Love is in the Air stamp set and die cut it out with the matching dies. I colored it with Copic Markers. I used the tip of a green marker to add spots to it. I stamped the log with critters on it using the Sweet Friendship stamp and die also using black ink and colored it with Copic markers. I attached the tree first and then the critters in the foreground using foam tape behind it. I stamped a sentiment from the Sweet Friendship stamp set with black ink and die-cut it out with the matching dies. I added that to the top of the card.
I think this Heart Showers embossing folder and cutting dies makes this card! I have so many ideas for this one! I love all the products in the Heart to Heart release, but I am very late to the party of using them! I hope you will be back to visit me daily as I am back to creating daily!
