I used an older stamp set today because I love this one so much (released in December 2024)! I was looking through my flower stamps for something I wanted to color and it jumped out at me again as I love the doodled look. It is called Artsy Flowers and is sold with a matching set of dies as shown here:

I made a card with it when it was released in December of 2024. Here is the blog post and here is the card:

Here is my new card:

Funny that I used the same colors on this one! I didn’t look for the other one until I was typing this blog post. I cut a piece of Tim Holtz Watercolor Paper to be 8.5×3.5″ for a slimline card so I could use this tall flower. I embossed the flower and then the stem and leaves with white embossing powder. I then painted them with Karin Brushmarkers although any watercolor medium would work. I do love how these brush markers leet you combine colors like I did for the petals. They are also very intense color. I just use a wet brush and pull the color out around the image to paint the background. I also flicked a green marker with my finger to get some splotches on the bottom area.

I used the CZ Good Greetings 1 stamp set and matching dies for the sentiment, stamped with Guava PSInk. I attached that to the bottom of the stem with foam tape behind it. I cut this piece down about 1/4″ on each side. I tied a piece of ribbon over the stem and added a bow. I attached three pieces of colored cardstock to a white card base to matte the watercolored piece. I used some Summer Sunset Sequins around the middle of the card.
This was a fun one to make as I really love this Artsy Flowers stamp set. I hope you like it too! Thanks for visiting! Suzy
