Today is the SSS Joy For You release! The holiday releases are always my favorite and this one is full of fun holiday products! They sell the release in 3 “I Want It All” bundles as shown here with links to SSS store:
- Simon Says Stamp Joy for You Collection I Want It All Stamps and Coordinating Dies
- Simon Says Stamp Joy for You Collection I Want It All Stand-a-lone Dies
- Simon Says Stamp Joy for You Collection I Want It All Embossing Folders
The card I’m sharing today uses the Holly Cardinal Embossing Folder as shown here:
My card also uses the new Flourish Flurry Embossing Folder, Big Script Greetings Holiday Set, and the Galactic Stars Embellishment Mix.
I first embossing the Holly Cardinal Embossing Folder using white cardstock. I then colored it with Copic Markers. I cut around the edges of all of the colored portions. I applied Glossy Accents to the edges of the leaves and then poured Unicorn Confetti Glitter over them.
I embossed the Flourish Flurry Embossing Folder using white cardstock. To make it shimmer I rubbed Crystal Stickles over it with my finger. it gave it such a shiny and glittery look. It’s hard to see in a photo but in person it is gorgeous! I glued the embossed cardinal image over it. I then embossed a sentiment using the Holiday Big Scripty Greetings stamp set with red embossing powder. I die-cut it out with the matching dies. I attached that to the bottom of the card. I added some of the Galactic Stars Embellishment Mix over the background which are also hard to see.
You can see the entire Joy For You release right HERE. There is a 2 day blog hop celebrating the release on Friday and Saturday 8:00 am est. I’ll be back on Thursday and Friday with more creations using the release and Saturday am as part of day 2 of the blog hop. See you soon! Suzy
