I made two more cards today to share today and tomorrow. And guess what? They are both the same color scheme I used on my last two blog post cards! What is with me and my yellow/coral obsession this week? I guess I’ll call it a theme of the week haha.

The card I’m sharing today uses the Flourish Hummingbird Die and the Butterfloom Flower Dies from the SSS Every Happiness Release. I also used the new Chunky Oval Wafer Dies. Here is an image of the two dies I used (click on image to go to that product in the SSS store):

Here is my card:

I die-cut the Butterbloom Flower Dies and the Flourish Hummingbird Die from white cardstock. I colored them with Copics and glued the pieces together. I applied foam tape to the back of the flowers and the bird. I stamped a sentiment from the Blessed Stamp and Die Bundle from the last release with Versafine Ink.

I made the background using the Chunky Oval Dies. I die-cut one out of white cardstock and then I die-cut two of them lined up perfectly so they could be a frame. I colored the frame with Copics. I embossed the Tiny Flora Embossing Folder using a light pink cardstock. I glued the white cardstock and frame over the embossing folder. I attached all of the images inside the oval. Last, I added a few sparkling clear sequins.

Too much of a nice color scheme? Scroll down if you want to see it over and over! (And again tomorrow). I love these dies and I’m going through the Every Happiness release very quickly when I used two of the new dies on one card! Thanks for visiting, Suzy
