Today is day 2 of the SSS Joy For You Blog Hop celebration! I have a card to share with you using the Pinecone Bough Embossing Folder.

I embossed the Pinecone Bough EF using white cardstock. I colored it in with Copic Markers. I die-cut two sets of the new Fresh Pine Sprig Dies using white cardstock and also colored them with Copic Markers.

I flicked some SSS Gold Splatter over the background. I glued the four pine sprigs to the top of the embossing folder over the pine sprigs on it. I added some Unicorn Glitter to the pinecones over Glossy Accents. I die-cut one of the new To You and Yours EZ Sentiment Strips using the EZ Strip Dies. I attached that to the bottom right and added some gold gems. I also added a big gold bow to the top left.

I have also posted a couple other projects using products in the SSS Joy For You release. I’ll show you the image and then link you to the blog post and the new products I used.

For these tags I used the Bitty Baubles stamp and die bundle. You can see the blog posts using them HERE and HERE.

For this card, I used the Holly Cardinal EF, the Flourish Flurry EF, and the Big Scripty Holiday Sentiment Stamp and Die Bundle. You can see this blog post HERE.

    Your coloring is off the charts, as usual! I swear those are the most realistic pine cones I’ve ever seen someone create!

    As one of those people that loves the look of Pinecones in the winter, those heaped in baskets on the porch or in the house, used on a wreath or in an arrangement when I saw this new SSS Embossing folder I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately I’m not a colorist like you but thankfully there are other techniques out there for those that didn’t get the coloring gene that you so clearly got. I am always so impressed with your coloring, everything you color is perfection, you have a way to make things look beautiful, natural and not overdone to the point that they no longer look to be colored but are instead AI. You took the Pinecone and Cardinal Emb folders and gave them life. Simon has some of the absolute best embossing folders on the market and with this release they really knocked it out of the park. You gave them life. Laura Bassen sings about “Dimension is life” you should sing about coloring makes things real. FABULOUS coloring as always resulting in absolutely stunning projects. Oh your tags are also absolutely adorable. Thanks for sharing your creativity and fab coloring skills with those that can only wish to color like you;
