I made a slimline card to share with you using the Botanical Buds stamp and die bundle. The card is in the banner above! I used the Botanical Buds stamp and die bundle from the SSS Shine On release as shown here:
This is just the cutest little set! I also used the Set of 5 Layering Templates Artful Palette Christmas for the background. Here is my card:
I used the Pastel Inks for the background. SSS released the ink refills in this release so I have linked all of the variations of how they can be purchased below. You can buy all 4 inks together with the refills if you don’t have them yet. I love these soft colors so much. I placed the Set of 5 Layering Templates Artful Palette Christmas circle stencils over different areas of my white background and applied the pastel inks over them covering most of the background. I attached it to a green background.
I stamped all of the little creatures in the Botanical Buds stamp set with black ink and colored them in with Copic markers. I die-cut them out with the matching dies. I stamped different sentiments from the stamp set in some of the circles (had to cut the sentiments apart to fit them) and then placed the colored images in the larger circles. I didn’t plan where I would put anything when I inked the circles but it ended up working perfectly. I added some of the new embellishment mix around the background.
This little 4×6″ Botanical Buds stamp and die bundle is so cute! I am starting to use all the summer products in the Shine On release for cards now – so many cute possibilities! Thanks so much for visiting today! Suzy
